GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICENICE FACILITIESFRIENDLY AND GOOD VIBE STAFFPRIVACY CURTAINS AND COMFY BED.Montserrat (receptionist) and her manager were so nice to let me check in earlier than usual as I have been traveling for 2 days and no sleep and I was in dire need of rest. Also that day wasn’t the greatest as I had my reservation abruptly cancelled by the other hostel (Punta Sam-buyers beware… of all my traveling, that hostel was one of the WORST experience I had-terrible customer service). However, Nomads really shifted my mood and was very grateful for accommodating me knowing my situation. NOMADS is one of the BEAT hostel chain in Mexico- also stayed at their other locations and also love their Isla Mujeres location. KUDOS to NOMADS and keep up the excellent customer service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Nomads!

Well located next to bus stops which take you directly into the city and a metro station within 15 mins walking distance.Nice clean room with en suite bathroom, clean and at a fantastic price.

I liked everything about this hotel. Firstly, its geographical location is surrounded by many beautiful places. The National Museum, the old city center can be easily reached. There is also a supermarket and many small restaurants near it. Secondly, room service is provided every day. The room is cleaned. When I return to the hotel, I find The room is clean and tidy and smells nice. The interior decoration is lavish and full of art

Everything was beautiful. I enjoyed my stay with my daughter. the house had everything you need for a quality vacation. Maria, the owner, was very caring and you can turn to her for everything you need. The location was favorable for me personally because the house is in a beautiful part of city , security is at a high level, I went to the beach by taxi - about 250 mxp and I discovered a public transport line to the city center - bus R26. From the center you can continue to wait for bus 1, which runs through the entire hotel area, but the journey takes a little longer - about 2 hours. At 30 m from the house there is a swimming pool where I spent every night with my daughter and met wonderful people.
